Supply HWCAP_SPARC_V8PLUS, HWCAP_SPARC_MUL32, HWCAP_SPARC_DIV32,
HWCAP_SPARC_POPC, HWCAP_SPARC_FSMULD, HWCAP_SPARC_VIS, HWCAP_SPARC_VIS2.
