*-rebase version reapply all dovetail commits on top of kernel base tip, 
which would help you easily find all dovetail patches from the beginning of kernel base tip
compared to non-rebase version.
If you check logs and compare them between v5.10.195-dovetail1 and v5.10.195-dovetail2, 
you can find there is new dovetail patches for v5.10.195-dovetail2.
