The subject line is quite messy.  "Subject: [PATCH]" should be dropped.

There is noneed to put the full name of the affected file in the subject
line.

On the other hand, you should put a brief description of the affected
subsystem.  Look at the section "Following the Driver commit style" in the
first patch tutorial.
