Dear RT folks!

I'm pleased to announce the v6.5-rt6 patch set. 

Changes since v6.5-rt5:

  - An error in the Futex requeue-PI has been noticed after the recent
    rework.

  - The "NOHZ tick-stop error" was printed in legetime cases. Patch by
    Paul Gortmaker.
