* udev rules for /dev/discs/disc0

Hi!

I'm changing from devfs to udev, and since I have some hardcoded 
scripts, I'd like to keep compatibility with devfs device naming scheme.

My only problem is how to make the rules for hda, hdb, sda, sdb ... to 
have symlinks in
/dev/discs/disc0
/dev/discs/disc1
... and so on.

Use the supplied shell scripts in the udev extras/ directory.  They
should be able to provide you with this functionality (hint, gentoo's
rules are setup this way by default, so you might want to look at them.)
