Subject: Meeting Minutes and Governance Repository
Date: Thu, 29 Feb 2024 14:53:04 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <ZeCMQK6XAh84iXOF@8bytes.org> (raw)

Hi,

following yesterdays meeting I started to create a governance
repository[1] in the COCONUT-SVSM github organization. The purpose of
the repository is to document our project governance processes,
communication channels and outcome of our meetings.

For now the repository only documents the communication channels we use.
There is a PR[2] open which adds minutes for our meetings on February
14th and 28th. The minutes are generated by AI from the meeting
transcripts and edited/formatted by me.

Everyone please have a look at the minutes and raise any concerns or
whether something important is missing. I will not merge that PR before
our next meeting.

Regards,

	Joerg
