This update fixes regressions introduced in 0.121 and many more bugs
reported in the Debian bug tracker.  The only major change is the
removal of the busybox and klibc hooks; now the busybox{,-initramfs}
and klibc-utils packages must install their own hooks.

Ben.

Andy Whitcroft (4):
Don't display "Loading, please wait..." message when 'quiet' is in /proc/cmdline.
Mount /dev with the default tmpfs size rather than sourcing udev.conf.
Sync the mount options for /run from /lib/init/fstab
      init: Mount /dev with "nosuid"

Ben Hutchings (39):
debian/control: Remove redundant dependency on klibc-utils|busybox

Assume blkid is always installed, and remove fallbacks
hooks/fsck: Use get_fstype rather than blkid to probe filesystem type
hooks/fsck: Always use get_fstype to probe type of root filesystem
Pass filesystem type from /etc/fstab to fsck when checking /usr
hook-functions: Include drivers for all keyboards when MODULES=dep
scripts/functions: Explicitly load keyboard drivers only at break=top
scripts/functions: Use more sensible modprobe options at break=top
scripts/functions: Load more USB host controllers drivers on break=top
scripts/functions: Load HID drivers at break=top

copy_file: Skip duplicating symlink if it points to the target file
      initramfs-tools: Include empty /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d directory
initramfs-tools.8: Update list of variables exported to hook scripts
initramfs-tools.8: Add a new section for the general description of scripts
initramfs-tools.8: Add brief description of configuration hooks and files
Remove klibc hook in favour of klibc's own
      bash-completion: Simplify by using _get_comp_words_by_ref
init: Use "case" rather than loop to look for "quiet" parameter
init: Remove fallback from devtmpfs to tmpfs
init: Take over handling of rootdelay parameter from udev boot script
bash-completion: Rename our completion script so that it works again
mkinitramfs: Delete or report temporary files on failure
Move initramfs.conf around in maintainer scripts to avoid it being 'obsolete'
