for the new round I've restarted the speck list. As the responsible
contacts in various companies did not respond the subscriber list is
minimal for now:

For those who are new on the list, here is how it works:
The list address is: speck@linutronix.de
The list key fingerprint is:
D52795F28E26A1554E7CD269E23205468C060A6A
The key is available from the public key servers and signed with my key.
To send mail to the list encrypt it with the list gpg key and the remailer
will recrypt it for every subscriber including yourself.
Note, that subject lines are not encrypted so you should be careful about
that.
I'm going to publish the crypto list source code in the next days. It also
contains tools to encrypt or decrypt mailbox files, which are useful for
sending patch series to the list or grabbing patch series from the list.
