Hi
I hope to be building a new system in about 8 weeks or so the main OS I am
looking to run is some form of Linux. I do not know what form I am looking
to run yet. I guess it will all depend on what works better with two PII
400Mhz or 450Mhz. Anyway what is I good sound card to use. I have been
looking in PC Week and PC World reading reviews on Cards but I do not know
if that applies to the Linux world. I am looking for a good sound card
because I play a lot of MP3's and I would also like to input sound to my
computer.
Right now I use a Sound Blaster PCI 64.

There's nothing wrong with that card.
I pick up the AWE 64 Value cards at a swap meet (OEM version) for around $36.
