Hi,
I have my eye on a new SCSI-CD-Drive for playing and ripping audio-data and
I'm wondering which one would be best, respectively fastest. So it would be
great if anybody could give me some hints about which I should prefer or
some pointers to www-sites...
My System is SCSI-only NCR53c810A, Kernel 2.0.36

I use a Plextor 32x SCSI connected to an Adaptec 2940UW.
I also use cdparanoia to rip with.
I honestly don't think that ripping could get any better/faster than this
combination (although I do prefer the Buslogic/Mylex controller over the
Adaptec).
