Reproducing Steps:
git clone https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/virt/kvm/kvm.git
cd kvm && make headers_install
cd kvm/tools/testing/selftests/kvm && make
cd x86_64 && ./pmu_counters_test

Actual Result:
