The patch titled
     Subject: mm-mmap-introduce-unlock_range-for-code-cleanup-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mmap-introduce-unlock_range-for-code-cleanup-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-mmap-introduce-unlock_range-for-code-cleanup.patch
