This series removes hal/odm_debug.h, which contains various preprocessor
definitions, as well as an unwieldy ODM_RT_TRACE macro which is not best
practice. It also removes all uses of this macro, and the associated
fields in struct odm_dm_struct which are only used by this macro.

This makes the code cleaner, thus moving it closer to getting out of
staging.

Remove all ODM_RT_TRACE calls from hal/phy.c, as this debug code
is not optimal and doesn't follow best practices. This in concert
with other removals allows for the removal of include/odm_debug.h
in its entirety.

Remove all ODM_RT_TRACE calls from hal/odm_rtl8188e.c, as this debug code
is not optimal and doesn't follow best practices. This in concert with
other removals allows for the removal of include/odm_debug.h in its
entirety.

Remove all ODM_RT_TRACE calls from hal/odm.c, as this debug code

Remove DebugComponents and DebugLevel fields from the struct odm_dm_struct
definition in include/odm.h, and remove the function ODM_InitDebugSetting
from hal/odm.c along with all lines where it is called. This function
just sets these two fields. Lastly, remove a few unused variable declarations.

Remove include/odm_debug.h header, and its inclusion within
include/odm_precomp.h, as there are now no users of it.

Thanks, yeah I considered taking this clause out of the switch
completely, but I wanted to keep the patch set focused just to removal
