Would you take this patch through net-next? People are slowly starting
to show interest in the PHC code. Most of my commits have an expired
email address, and so I would like to get my correct address into the
maintainers list.

Some months ago, tglx asked me off list if I would maintain the PTP
Hardware Clock code. Since then, the code has been fully merged, and I
am actively looking after it. This patch makes it official.
