* [PATCH v3] xen/arm{32, 64}: fix section shift when mapping 2MB block in boot page table

Section shift for level-2 page table should be #21 rather than #20. Besides,
since there are {FIRST,SECOND,THIRD}_SHIFT macros defined in asm/page.h, use
these macros instead of hard-coded shift value.

Where I was wavering about 4.4 inclusion with v2 I think that window has
now clearly passed so I will put this aside until 4.5 development opens
up.

I diffed the before and after disass and it contained only the expected
s/20/21/.
