[PATCH] dtas-graph: show inode number in hex, too

This makes it easier to match up pipes to the contents of
/proc/$PID/fdinfo/$EVENTPOLL_FD (ep_show_fdinfo) for software
using epoll.

(I'm using this tool outside of dtas, too)
