Hopefully I got all the encoding rules right. Mainly, I want to be able
to keep playing various tracks on my FS which has a mishmash of various
encodings and which I've been too lazy to rename properly :x
The following changes since commit a27a6623449d00af838ba87319454d92dc3014c0:
rely on filesystem encoding (2014-08-16 23:38:05 +0000)
are available in the git repository at:
